I grew up in Amherst, NY. From an early age, I was always around my family’s small businesses. They impressed upon me the importance of long-run business relationships.
I graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.A. in English in 2002, and I graduated cum laude from the SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2005.
From 2009-2019, I was fortunate to share a practice with my friend and mentor, David Brody. When Dave retired in 2019, I formed Joshua Korman Law Firm PLLC.
I represent businesses of a diverse range of sizes and of many different industries.
I help businesses limit risk in their dealings with customers, vendors, partners, employees, subcontractors and others. I draft, review and negotiate contracts and leases. I regularly represent clients forming corporations and limited liability companies. I also represent clients buying, selling or financing interests in a business, including stock and assets.
I enjoy providing my clients with a high level of service and continuously earning the opportunity to represent them.
